Our Story

True North Water Treatment was established by Andy Morcomb in 2024. Andy attained his Certified Water Technologist designation in 2017, placing him as one of only 335 individuals worldwide to hold the Association of Water Technologies highest designation.

After more than a decade serving commercial and industrial customers across the Midwest, Andy learned the importance of working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver on a common goal. To protect and operate industrial heating and cooling equipment at peak efficiency, with as little downtime as possible.

During his work with building owners, architects, mechanical contractors and equipment operators, Andy also learned that, above all else, people want to put their trust in an expert that truly has their best interests in mind.
